For PC fault diagnosis ,electronic repairs , software repairs we offer a No Fix No Fee policy.
Our No Fix No Fee policy means that if we do not possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge is made to the customer.
The policy does not apply in the following cases and an inspection fee of £40.00 will apply
If I am able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but I am prevented from doing so by the customer
requesting that we do not proceed.
If I am able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but I am only prevented from doing so because the customer does
not possess the required software discs or product key.
If I provide a clear and precise diagnosis of a failed component and the customer decides not to proceed with the
replacement of the component.
The policy does not apply to work related to data recovery, third-party issues, computer virus or spyware problems or to
cases in which the computer has been struck by lightning.
Payment & charges
We do not accept card payments and require payment in cash, cheque or by bank /paypal transfer
Payment to be made on or before collection and no items are released without payment.
On site charges to be paid on completion of the work and business accounts
to be settled within 30 days of our final invoice.
Uncollected items left in our workshop will be recycled or sold to recoup our costs after 60 days.
